Day 1: Fly into Vancouver,
BC
Depart for a day spent in travel to our overnight destination of Vancouver, BC. Please remember to check in to your scheduled flight at least 90 minutes
prior to departure time printed on ticket. Arrive Vancouver. Deluxe transportation
awaits us for shuttle to the Georgian Court Hotel where we'll spend the next
two nights. Welcome Dinner at a favorite restaurant inVancouver, BC.

Day 2: Vancouver Island
Following breakfast we'll take an early morning scenic ferry to Vancouver Island
where we'll visit Butchart Gardens. Later this afternoon we will spend a
bit of leisure time in beautiful Victoria before we journey back to the mainland
on the evening ferry.

Day 3: Splendor of Vancouver, BC
After breakfast we're off to experience the splendor of Vancouver with a sightseeing
tour that begins in Stanley Park. Throughout the day, we'll also visit Chinatown
and the exciting waterfront area along with Gastown, the turn of the century
pedestrian mall filled with restaurants, art galleries, speciality stores
and the world famous steam-powered clock. Our day will end with a delicious
dinner at a favorite restaurant this evening.

Day 4: The Rocky Mountaineer
Train
All Aboard! The Rocky Mountaineer Train will give you a vibrant voyage between
Vancouver and Jasper. We'll spend two days viewing coastal forests, roaring
river canyons and lofty mountain peaks. Today well travel along side the fileds
of Fraser Valley and the historic Fraser River before we view the awesome shimmering
waters of Kamloops Lake before arriving in Kamloops for our overnight stay
and dinner.

Day 5: Pyramid Falls, Mt.
Robson, on to Jasper, Alberta
Back aboard the train today we'll pass striking mountain peaks of the Monashee
Mountains and see Pyramid Falls. the glaciers of the Alberta Icefields and
the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, Mt. Robson, will be our afternoon
attractions (weather permitting). Early in the evening we'll arrive into
Jasper, Alberta the Northern gateway to the Icefields Parkway.

Day 6: Maligne Canyon
What a better way to begin the day than with an extraordinary trip to Maligne
Canyon, where the waters are both gorgeous and peaceful. You'll have the opportunity
to take a cruise along the lake and Spirit Island (optional).

Day 7: Icefields Parkway and Columbia Icefields
A wonderful day awaits you. A highlight will be the unforgettable Icefields
Parkway, behold the majestic waterfalls, rushing rivers, glacial peaks, imposing
cliffs and snowcapped mountain ranges. We'll be stopping at Athabasca Falls
before arriving at the Columbia Icefields, where a special ride is planned
in a snowcoach (weather permitting) across the mass of glacial ice. There
is a good chance you will see bears, furry marmots, and stately elk near
the banks of Peyto Lake before arriving in Lake Louise where we'll stay at
the world famous Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.

Day 8: Banff, Alberta
Today we'll travel to Banff. En route we'll see spectacular Moraine
Lake and the awe inspiring Valley of the Ten Peaks, before arriving
at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, known as the Castle in the
Mountains. This afternoon you'll have a bit of time at leisure
for strolling about the many well known shops of Banff.

Day 9: Bow Falls, to Calgary, Alberta
A leisurely morning is yours to enjoy before traveling
to Bow Falls and the impressive Hoodoos, land of the sleeping giants.
Then we're off to the cosmopolitan city of Calgary, Alberta for your final
night on our adventure and our very special farewell dinner at
a popular local restaurant.

Day 10: Fly home from Calgary,
Alberta
Following breakfast we'll depart for the airport and our return flights home.
